Undivided attention just for you 100% . Here you will learn basic sequences of yoga. I practice Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga. Your class can be any of these styles of yoga. The classes can be made according to your wishes or custom made to how you feel on that specific day. Whether you are new to this or have a bit of experience already, I will guide you step by step throughout the class, motivate you, and check your alignment. This new skill and habit can always be with you and on top of it all: it will improve your lifestyle incredibly. Believe me.


It is upon a small donation fee to cover the time invested, You can do a special trial and then take packages of 10 or 20 classes (valid for 3 months) to schedule as you please.
